Why Practice Yoga?
The mindful movement systems of Yoga combines directed awareness with a no-impact form of exercise, which is ideal for your rapidly changing body and life. We focus on improving core and pelvic integrity for optimal delivery and recovery outcome. Yoga can improve balance and strength, both emotional and physical.
Note: Normal yoga is not suitable for people with symphysis pubis dysfunction but in pregnancy yoga Linda can help you stabilise the pelvis so the condition is less likely to get worse. Linda can also advise on how you should best move and stand with the condition. Similarly, often pregnancy yoga is recommended for high blood pressure in order to calm the central nervous system and help regulate blood pressure. It’s important to let Linda know if you have any aches and pains or if your are on medication before the class please .
How much is it?
We recommend that Pre-Natal students purchase the course for £75 for 6 weeks. This way you can attend each week in a more cost effective way. You can also pay-as-you-go at £15 per class if you happen to be at the end of your pregnancy.

When can I start?
Our Pregnancy Yoga classes are suitable for anyone over 12 weeks pregnant. No previous experience of yoga is necessary.
Each course is either in the one morning or the evening:
Tuesday’s 9.30 – 11.00am
Thursday’s 7.30pm – 9pm
