Firstly, it’s best to turn up 15 minutes before your class, then we can show you around, help you find your mat or space, introduce you to your instructor and settle you in properly.

Our classes range are planned for ‘All levels’ of student, each week we will host a variety of styles at different levels, so even if you have not done Yoga, Barre or Pilates before, there will be a class for you.  Ask our hosts at reception for advice, they will explain where to start and what all the different names mean.  Alternatively, click here to see class descriptions

Yoga and Pilates require bare feet on a mat that we provide.  The movements you will be doing requires clothes that you can move comfortably in, most people wear sports leggings or shorts for men, with a vest or T-shirt.  Barre is very similar without the mat, dress code the same and is often in our second smaller studio.

Some of our classes use additional equipment or props which we provide, such as straps, blocks, bolsters and blankets.  So all-in-all bring yourself, a bottle of water would be good and if you want to shower after the class you can either hire a towel or bring your own.
