Back to Courses Yoga for Tight Men

A beginners style introduction to yoga, this 4 week block of classes has been planned by Yoga teachers specialists in body mechanics.  It’s designed to lengthen your muscles, identify & build strength in weaker areas, prevent injury and pro-long your fitness activities as well as and introduce you to stress relieving mindful techniques to calm the nervous system.

This block of 4 classes is £65  ideal if you’re new to yoga, perhaps you are injured and/or prefer a class catered specifically to Men’s needs.  We gradually developing flexibility for the inflexible, strength and balance. 

Athletes, Royalty and Celebrities such as Chris Hemsworth, Justin Timberlake, Daniel Craig, David Beckham, Prince William, Colin Farrell and Sting all make yoga a regular part of their fitness routine to maintain flexibility and to help with or prevent injuries.

WHEN?  Saturdays at 12 noon &  Thursday evenings at 7pm.  Each class is 60 mins.
