A beginners style introduction to yoga, this 4 week course has been planned by Yoga teachers specialists in body mechanics. It’s designed to lengthen your muscles, identify & build strength in weaker areas, prevent injury and pro-long your fitness activities as well as and introduce you to stress relieving mindful techniques to calm the nervous system.
This course is £60 for 4 lessons ideal if you’re new to yoga, perhaps you are injured and/or prefer a class catered specifically to Men’s needs. We gradually developing flexibility for the inflexible, strength and balance.
