- Can I book my class and how far in advance?
Reserve your classes beforehand via www.ebbflowyoga.co.uk or using the app like before – classes are bookable one week in advance once we get going.. do book in please because government guidelines ask us not to take bookings with out advance notice so we can collect all your contact details. You will be able to cancel your booking up to twelve hours before the class begins.
- How much notice to cancel a class ?
As before, its 12 hours notice please.
The waitlists will operate as normal, we have increased the available spaces on our waitlists than normal, only to help us understand the popularity of each class when we are in the re-opening stage. Don’t worry if you are a long way down a waitlist, we will use this information to help us add another class to the schedule as we go!
- What happens if I arrive late for class?
Just as we did before in West Street, please be sure to arrive 5-10 mins before each class start time. We can’t accept students who are late to class. Even by one minute. Why? because once the class has started, the teacher has closed the doors to the Great Hall therefore they will not able to let you in i.e. no body else will be there to help you.
WHAT TO BRING, GETTING ORGANISED!
- Bring your own mat and props

Owen has requested that you bring a beach size towel to his classes please.
- Changing rooms & valuables, shoes
As there are no changing room areas at The Maltings, please ensure you are changed and ready to take your class. Please remove your shoes before entering the Great Hall.

Please bring something warmer to wear or to cover you in case you are chilly when in savasana. It’s a lovely cool space when moving and we will have the doors open for fresh air movement.
- Don’t forget water!
Please bring some water with you. We cant provide it due to the regulations, so best to bring your own sports bottle.
Arrive 15 minutes before the class starts at the earliest, and please leave right after your class ends so we can avoid having too many people in and around The Maltings, Great Hall.

Make sure to use the hand sanitiser when you walk in, and when you leave and please wash your hands after you’ve used the bathroom.
- Use the Toilets before your enter the Great Hall
The toilets are near to the foyer area of The Maltings, therefore before you come to the actual class to save you having to turn back on the flow of the students signing in, can you ensure you use the toilets first!
- Shoes off!
We need you to take your shoes off as you are appprching the Great Hall please. We would like to make the Great Hall feel as cosy and comfortable as possible. Please pop your shoes back on so as not to get the Great Hall gritty!
- Keep 2-metre distance
While at Ebb&Flow at The Maltings, keep a safe and respectful distance from other students, teachers, and hosts. This starts when you walk in the door to check in. When you enter The Maltings, follow the signs and use the designated spots before you enter the Great Hall which show you where to stand (2m apart).
- Changes to check-in
Please allow our hosts or teachers to check you in so that you don’t touch the screens!
- Our teachers will guide you with care and awareness
During your practice, your teacher will maintain where possible the 2-metre distance. There will also be no physical adjustments.
THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THE MALTINGS
The Maltings have confirmed that they can provide take-away hot drinks , Tea, Coffee, Herbal Teas and small snacks like energy balls, flapjacks from their cafe area. Please support them as much as you can. They will also have an outdoor area, with tables and chairs for us to social distance but enjoy a catch up. We are very grateful for their wonderful team for helping us to get moving again as a community
- Car Parking
The Maltings have a lovely big car park, the rates per hour are HERE and you will need to bring some coins with you. It’s not an app based payment facility. You can always use the RING-GO app at Waggon Yard car park next door (24 Lower Church Ln, Farnham GU9 7PS) if you have forgotten some change.
- The way in
Please use the big glass atrium entrance as the way to access the classes. You will see signage to the Grand Hall (the largest of their rooms) from the entrance area leading you all the way.
- Exiting the class
The Maltings have marked a one way flow area for the entry and exit of classes. Please be sure to not go against the traffic and stay to the right flow! We need to keep everyone safe, so separate flows for in and out are really important.
