If you’ve got a summer holiday coming up, then this class suddenly becomes all the more appealing. Our Body Barre involves light weights, active stretching and intense interval training to achieve a strong core and defined physique. In other words not just some ballet moves in quick succession!   Thanks to the carefully planned 6 week curriculum this friendly and enthusiastic set of classes change each week and time flies by, while the compact class size ensures that your posture and body form receive plenty of attention.

A mix of pilates, cardio and ballet dance-based moves, our Body Barre method is there to create a sweatier than the average barre class and you’ll use body weights, ankle weights and resistance moves to tone and sculpt the whole body.
