Dynamic Pilates

  • Suitable for those with prior Pilates experience and an understanding of the Pilates method
  • Intense program of intermediate exercises to strengthen and engage
  • Flowing sequence to elevate your heart rate
  • Smaller class sizes

£30 for 10 classes (valid for 3 weeks)
