Ebb&Flow have created Pre Natal tailored classes to run in our private studio each week led by our Senior Pregnancy Yoga teacher working with women throughout their pregnancy – our pre-natal exercises prepares both the body and the mind for the work of labour and motherhood. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class to discuss your pregnancy with Laura.
Our Candlelit Restorative Class on a Thursday at 6pm is also ideal for the Pre Natal mummy, Laura recommends this class to all Mummys-to-be for their deeply relaxing qualities, including healing techniques to calm both the body and mind. Perfect to bring you down from a stressful day!

Why Practice Yoga?
The mindful movement systems of Yoga combines directed awareness with a no-impact form of exercise, which is ideal for your rapidly changing body and life. We focus on improving core and pelvic integrity for optimal delivery and recovery outcome. Yoga can improve balance and strength, both emotional and physical.
Note: Normal yoga is not suitable for people with symphysis pubis dysfunction but in pregnancy yoga Laura can help you stabilise the pelvis so the condition is less likely to get worse. Laura can also advise on how you should best move and stand with the condition. Similarly, often pregnancy yoga is recommended for high blood pressure in order to calm the central nervous system and help regulate blood pressure. It’s important to let Laura know if you have any aches and pains or if your are on medication before the class please .
How much is it?
Our Pre Natal Class Pack of 6 at £85, these credits can be used by you to book into any of the 3 classes listed below.
What if I have some classes left on my pack after I have given birth?
The packs are valid for 1 year and any left over after your baby arrives can be used in our weekly schedule of Yoga, Pilates and Barre. So no need to worry about buying in a block.
How many weeks pregnant do I have be to attend?
You must be 12 weeks or more to attend the Pre Natal classes, which are perfect for Mums to keep attending right up to the birth.
Our Candlelit Restorative class is fine to attend from the beginning of your pregnancy
What if I haven’t done any Yoga before?
No previous experience of yoga is necessary.
When are the classes?
Our Pre Natal Pregnancy Yoga classes are suitable for anyone over 12 weeks of pregnancy.
Monday’s 11.00am – 12.15pm Pre Natal Class
Tuesday’s 7.30pm – 8.45pm Pre Natal Class
Thursday’s 6.00pm – 7.00pm Candlelit Restorative Class*
