Sweaty Betty Ambassador and mother of two, Jo will be firing up the core in her Pilates classes at Ebb&Flow. A natural people-person, she has an array of enviable fitness qualifications to help us understand how our bodies work. Pilates is her passion though and it shows.
Jo Ellis (was Evans until recently!) is a very experienced Pilates teacher. Having had a busy corporate career she decided to retrain in 2010 to rebalance her life.
Jo’s Pilates classes will focus on alignment, balance, spinal safety, breathing and core engagement. Expect to improved your posture, increased your strength and flexibility, and gain a better awareness of your body. Each person’s individual’s needs are met by layering each exercise in terms of levels of difficulty. Each class is planned with a mix of dynamic Pilates exercises, stretching and core stability throughout.
