Laura loves to share her knowledge in a way that is approachable to everyone. She loves the fact that it doesn’t matter if you’ve tried Yoga before or not, Pre Natal & Post Natal Yoga is her passion, it’s the buzz she gets from helping each Mum in a positive way. Allowing her to see more of her own true potential, gain confidence and learn techniques to help her keep nourished, slow down and accept an inner calm. Laura qualified in 2013, so has oodles of teaching knowledge in both Yoga and Pre-Natal/Post-Natal Yoga.
As a Mum herself, Laura’s Pre/Post Natal Yoga classes will help build your strength, improve your flexibility, increase your energy levels and release stress. She has many talents, her knowledge in Pre & Post Natal Yoga has helped hundreds of Mum’s through their pregnancy and of course during their birthing process.
We love having Laura as part of the Ebb&Flow team. An ideal teacher for our Yoga for Beginners classes where she helps her students to the create space and freedom in your body and mind to start living your life more fully. Every Yoga for Beginners class ends with a lovely relaxation leaving you feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.
Laura teaches a regular Vinyasa class where she delights in guiding our students on a journey of self-discovery and growth. Laura’s classes are strong and powerful, but also great fun. She loves to laugh at herself and with her students. Laura’s aim is to have her students leave her classes feeling strong, sweaty, smiling, and open to possibilities.
