Maddy says “Yoga has had a profoundly positive influence in my life, physically and mentally” 

She feels honoured to share the healing aspects of the practice with others. Maddy believes that Yoga teaches you to let go of fear and regain control of your mind, becoming present and enabling you to enjoy each moment to its fullest.  Her classes incorporate a mixture of traditional yogic breathing techniques and asana postures with modern mobility, strength and flexibility exercises, forming a dynamic physical practice and functional, healthy body. With equal emphasis on the mindful and nurturing aspects of yoga, focus on guided meditations, gratitude and relaxation techniques calm the mind and reduce stress. She spent months teaching in India and Indonesia, where she incorporated aspects from the eastern cultures into her classes through the use of Tibetan bowl sound healing and essential oils, igniting the senses and immersing her students into a unique and authentic yogic experience for mind, body and soul.

Maddy is certified Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Meditation instructor.
