Sam EdwardsYin, Vinyasa
Sam Edwards, originally from New Zealand, after having a very hectic and high flying corporate career she turned to Yoga to find better balance of life and work. She teaches Vinyasa Yoga and Candlelit Yin at Ebb&Flow. Holding a 500 hour YA training certificate she’s very experienced and a powerful practitioner. Her Vinyasa classes are dynamic and strength building – expect to feel energised and rebooted!
Sam has a friendly and happy personality, ideal for teaching. She’s a much sort after instructor and that’s why we are so delighted she has agreed to teach regularly for Ebb&Flow. Her breadth of teaching styles is quite something, having trained in Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Bikram, Yin and Rocket. She has trained in various places around the world, as well as the revered Norman Blair, one of the UK’s leading yin teachers and trainers.
She’s happy to take you on a personal journey, one-to-ones are her speciality – she’s very popular with those students looking to progress and advance their practice. Some previous students have waxed lyrical about their sessions, for example they want to build strength for their sport, like Golf, Cycling and Running. Some students love Sam’s knowledge of anatomy to help with their recovery from injury, surgery or to help add comfort with their lifelong conditions.
