Tallula will be guiding you through your Monday night ‘Flow & Restore’ class, expect to leave feeling rejuvenated and warm inside.
Having started yoga in 2010, Tallula has seen first hand what yoga can do for the mind and body. Her original motivation was to find a way of keeping herself fit and healthy and after exploring yoga she soon noticed both the physical and mental benefits of practicing yoga. Taking her teacher training with Sun Power Yoga in London, Tallula hopes to help others find their way on their yoga journey.
Tallula brings an equal focus on strength and flexibility to her practice, creating sequences to complement the natural movement of the body, to balance the yin and yang and settle the mind. Expect to work the body, to move with mindfulness and to quieten the mind leaving you feeling centered and grounded after your class.
