You will learn

  • Key elements of teaching & sequencing a Vinyasa class
  • The challenges to teaching Vinyasa flow and the tools to meet these challenges
  • Creative sequencing, especially kramas; a beautiful way of taking a practice into peak poses, as well as at least two other sequencing methodologies
  • Sequencing and teaching a restorative flow class
  • Refinement of asanas for all bodies, which can be challenging in teaching a flow class
  • Assisting techniques; simple and safe hands-on assists as a way of supporting your students’ yoga experience
  • Cueing and developing vision, precision, sensitivity, and multiple points of awareness

Join Julee for her inspirational Vinyasa Yoga training immersion! The aim of this course is to deliver a professional training programme to newly qualified and existing teachers who are looking to include Vinyasa style and flow sequencing to their portfolio.

Pre-requisites & qualification.

This training is open to newly qualified teachers with no teaching experience, as well as qualified teachers with teaching experience.

We also welcome experienced practitioners who wish to dive deeper into the practice. The goal is that you leave this training with the confidence to teach a Vinyasa flow class if you are not already doing so.

What are the application requirements?

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Complete application* for admission
  • Submit an application fee (deposit) of £100 (applied towards tuition, non-refundable and only required upon application approval)
  • Make payment of all fees no later than 10 days prior to the start of your course
  • Read through and agree to the terms and conditions (actionable through your application form)
  • Have an open heart and commit fully to the training
