Charlotte was first introduced to yoga, age 10, by her gran, but it was only after years as a dancer, that she fully rediscovered it when recovering from a knee injury. She was instantly drawn to the meditative element and the healing power of yoga – on both a physical and emotional level – and once it was part of her life, she knew that she and yoga would not be separated again. Charlotte trained with Yogahaven in Morocco and qualified with her 200hours accredited by Yoga Alliance UK in 2012. Alongside her passion for yoga, Charlotte loves to travel and has practised all over the globe. Charlotte’s classes beautifully mix the spirituality and roots of yoga, a vinyasa flow sequence, and a cool, upbeat playlist to keep the energy flowing.
