Charley has been part of the E&F community since 2019 and started teaching at the studio in 2023. Known for her dynamic and smile-filled classes, she creates an uplifting and rejuvenating experience for her students, allowing them to explore their practice with a sense of playfulness and curiosity. Charley loves helping others discover the joy of yoga – both on and off the mat. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, Charley’s playful style and infectious enthusiasm will leave you feeling inspired, and eager for more.
Shannon is a smiley, calm and caring yogi. She loves connecting with people and passing on her passion for yoga comes naturally to her. She has had a long love for yoga and being able to share this wonderful practice with others, starting her practice aged 16 at Ebb&Flow Studios when she came to England from her native South Africa.read more

Roxy has many feathers to her bow, she loves teaching strong vinyasas which work your core and offer fun, dynamic flows that incorporate balances and twists. She’s also trained in Iyengar yoga which focuses on three aspects: alignment, sequencing and timing.
Tracey ReillyPilates : Hatha : Vinyasa
Since moving to Farnham, Tracey has been on our radar! She’s an accomplished yoga teacher and Pilates instructor with a number of specialities up her sleeves. She has achieved vinyasa, yin, seasonal yoga and Forrest yoga qualifications as well as Level 3 Pilates – which has been one of her passions that she loves to share in her beginners, intermediates and advanced level classes.
Malcolm’s yoga journey started as a mid life crisis to find flexibility for his ageing body! That’s what he told us when we asked him “what made you came to this path?”… To his delight it has done so much more for him than that. Yoga for Malcolm has become a physical, mental and spiritual practice for his own maintenance of his well-being.
Nicole started dancing from a young age then continued her training professionally at Performance Preparation Academy (PPA) graduating with a diploma in Musical Theatre. She then when on to train in group exercise and qualify in Barre. She now works professionally as a dancer, dance teacher and fitness instructor.
Nicole loves how barre incorporates dance and fitness and loves that it helps people feel strong and have a good sweat.read more

Get cosy with your body in Liane’s Candlelit Restorative classes, allow your senses to be nourished as Liane likes to fill the class with bolsters, blankets, sand bags and soothing soundtracks. Liane also teaches our Mindful Flow classes sometimes which are typically slower than Vinyasa, incorporating fewer postures, these flow to the breath in a mindful way that leaves you feeling more centred and alive.read more
