Kelly is a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who specialises in helping people improve their wellbeing, energy and mood through Nutritional Therapy.

She believes healthy nutrition is a gift we give to ourselves, and her approach is based in self-compassion rather than self-punishment. The aim is to make healthy nutrition a self-nurturing and pleasurable experience, using an evidence based and personalised approach. Kelly will look at the various nutritional or lifestyle factors that might be contributing to how you are feeling, and work out a plan to try to improve things together through Nutritional Therapy.

Due to her own experience of chronic fatigue syndrome and an anxiety disorder, Kelly is passionate about the benefits of healthy nutrition. She has ultimately found nutrition to be such a vital and helpful component of improving wellbeing.

Kelly trained and qualified in Nutritional Therapy at ION, is a member of the professional associations BANT and the CNHC, and adheres to their code of ethics and practice.

Nutritional Support

Kelly offers all new clients a free 30 minute introductory call, to discuss her approach and what you would like to achieve through Nutritional Therapy.

Book an introductory call

Following the introductory call, you can book an Initial Consultation, either online or in person at the Ebb&Flow wellness space, to formulate a personalised nutritional protocol to help you achieve your wellbeing goals.

Before the initial consultation, Kelly will ask you to fill in a health questionnaire and a 3-day food diary, so she can understand your nutritional needs in detail. Following the appointment, she will send you the details of the nutrition protocol you have agreed on together, to work towards your wellbeing goals.

If appropriate, she may suggest functional tests to inform her approach, such as testing for nutrient deficiencies, gut flora or hormonal balance, and she may suggest high quality supplements to enhance your nutrition protocol (please note any supplement or testing costs are additional, but entirely optional).
