Roxy has many feathers to her bow, she loves teaching strong vinyasas which work your core and offer fun, dynamic flows that incorporate balances and twists. She’s also trained in Iyengar yoga which focuses on three aspects: alignment, sequencing and timing.
Our Roxy is very adaptable, with a happy and smiley personality, ideal for teaching our Beginner students. She has an athletic background as a competitive rower and brings an encouraging energy to her classes whilst focusing on alignment and using the breath to move through postures. Roxy is always developing her skills, she has qualified as a Kundalini Yoga teacher, which increases mindfulness and compassion as one of its many benefits. She finds that the benefit of practicing yoga is not only the physical transformation and awareness of the body and mind, but the gift of surrounding yourself with so many like-minded individuals in a space that is supportive and safe.
