The Barre Intensity course is a 60-minute, 4 week workout that combines attributes of Pilates, Dance and Ballet. We incorporate small isolated movement that fatigues the muscles and adds in a large range of motion to elevate the heart rate with sequences for the upper and lower body to make every minute count.
Routines are choreographed to motivational music, think Whitney Houston, Madonna and the Spice Girls!! We use a barre, mini-balls, bands and small hand weights to sculpt, tone and stretch your entire body.
With this course we take barre classes to a new level, with a specific focus to really work the body to create an intense and effective toning workout. This course will teach you proper body alignment, body positions through a structured class outlines, great choreography with variations and modifications, intensity is different to your normal Barre class…
If you want to enhance your flexibility and improve your balance this course changes your body, helps you gain strength, and tone those hard-to-target muscles in your core, arms, and legs. And the best part: Anyone—no matter their age or fitness level—can hit the barre and get results.

Will I need to bring anything with me?
No, is the answer. We ask you arrive with fitness wear and we exercise in bare feet. You’ll need a good amount of water to drink as you go through this course though!
What experience will I need?
We ask that you have a basic amount of Barre class knowledge thats all..
When is the course ?
The course of 4 weeks starts on 6th November at 6.15pm until 7.15pm at Ebb&Flow studio, Farnham.
